Aloo dum is a very popular dish in my country nepal. You can eat this dish by itself or with puri or naan. You can also enjoy it with rice and dal. It’s very delicious and very easy to cook. Please give it a try. I’m pretty sure that you and your family will love it 🙂

4 tsp Cooking Oil
1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
1 Onion (Chopped)
3 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
1 tsp Tumeric
1/4 cup Dry Anchovies
1 Chilli Powder
1 1/2 tsp Jeera Powder
Salt to taste
1/2 Can Chopped Tomato
1/2 cup Frozen Green Peas
650g Boiled potatoes (peeled & cut into bite size)
